Fr Matt Blake will  give two talks on the teachings of St John of the Cross and there will be Mass and opportunities for communal and silent prayer. The day will last from approximately 1000-1600hrs. There is ample car parking and the expectation is that tea and coffee will be provided but you will be asked to bring a packed lunch.

The Centre for Applied Carmelite Spirituality is hosting three special gatherings at the Carmelite Priory, Boars Hill, Oxford this July — all marking 300 years since the canonisation of Saint John of the Cross and 100 years since his proclamation as Doctor of the Church.
