Bridgettines

I have spent the night at the Bridgettines Guest House at Iver Heath. This branch of the ancient Order was founded by Maria Hasselblad, who died in 1957. She was a convert from Lutheranism who spent a while with the Carmelites in Rome. The Guest House is very good for Heathrow and very cheap but very comfortable. The Bridgettines are very good at hospitality, they used to look after those who attended the Maryvale Institute. God bless them!
