New groups

In some ways this is an exhilarating time in the Seculars. A new group is scheduled to start in Manchester City Centre on 20 April. A new Coventry group will be holding its fourth meeting tomorrow. A new Northampton ('Carmelite Spirituality') group had its third meeting on Wednesday of this week in a recently-established bookshop that is doubling as a kind of friendship centre in accordance with the vision of its owners, one an Anglican and the other a Carmelite. In Romsey the group has now been going for two years in the Parish Room at St Joseph's Church. Meanwhile at the Boars Hill Priory huge changes are afoot involving both remodelling and new building. But this is a long-term project scheduled to last ten years. May the graces of the Holy Spirit bless these shoots of new life!
